Bookmarks sharing can be a useful tool for anyone that works in teams or collaborates with others. It’s especially important for users that need to access the same links and webpages in different browsers, like Chrome and Firefox.

Thankfully, there are several ways to share bookmarks in Chrome. For a one-time copy, the Full Export to HTML method is effective: simply export a folder of bookmarks as an HTML file and import it on another computer. For a more dynamic solution, Bookmark Llama provides automatic syncing of bookmarks across computers. It eliminates the need for repeated export and import cycles and ensures that collaborators always have the most up-to-date set of bookmarks.

Mastering Efficiency: The Art of Bookmarks Sharing

When sharing a collection, you can choose whether to invite people by email or to make the collection publicly visible. You can also filter a share by resource or status.

You can also create a new folder to organize a group of bookmarks. Once a folder is created, you can tap on it to view the list of bookmarks within it. You can also sort the list of bookmarks in a folder by name or alphabetically. You can also move bookmarks between folders or delete a folder to free up space.

To share a folder, you can select the three dots in the top-right corner of the page, then tap Share. A pop-up will ask you to choose a location. The default option is Favorites, but you can change it to Bookmarks.
