We helped CAPREIT to implement schema markup for their rental apartment listings so that they show up as “Product Rich Results” on Google search results pages (SERPs). We also optimized their website for better performance.
CONSTANT VISITORS:
Constant visiters – want to enter often and with arbitrary times like Tues 9-5 or if not that then Wed. They will say its for inspection but not really. They don’t fix anything unless it’s a major item – shower cartridge for example they just replace it but don’t fix it. They just push rents up. Horrible place – run away! The manager is a jerk and the staff is just as bad. Need a class action lawsuit against this awful company. They make a fortune on tenants that have no choice but to be there.
